The Noonan Lions Club is hosting the 1st Annual Lions CampAbout in beautiful Northwest North Dakota. This will be a wonderful social gathering for the families of all Lions members. This will be held August 3rd, 4th, and 5th in Noonan North Dakota. There will be a great number of activities and social events for all family members. We are planning activities such as fishing, golfing, local photo show, digital photography classes, live entertainment, BBQ’s, campfire’s plus many more activities to be announced soon. The final weekend agenda has not been set and if anyone would like to be added to the agenda please let us know soon.

Please visit www.noonannd.com/lions for more information and registration forms. We would like everyone pre-registered by July 15th. The cost of registration will be $40.00 per family. The cost of registration will include camping fees, and two supper meals. The Saturday lunch will be at 12:00pm at the Noonan Community Center and will be potluck, breakfasts will be on your own and Donnas Café will be open for breakfast’s.

There are 7 full service camping spots in the Noonan Lions Campground and 10 electrical hookups available in the New Lions Expansion Campground that will be able to accommodate 20 to 30 campers with electricity. There are also 10 Electrical Hookups at the Baukol-Noonan Recreation Area located 3 miles East of Noonan. So come early to reserve your campsite, but we also have lots of RV parking space available with no services. Non Campers are also welcome, there are no motels in Noonan, but reservations can be made at the Bear Motel in Columbus, 701-939-5302 10 miles East of Noonan or at the Golden Hub Motel in Crosby 701-965-6368 14 miles West of Noonan.

All profits from the CampAbout and weekend raffles will be donated to Diabetes Foundation and Campaign SightFirst II.
